Lauren Reese
Lauren Reese (she/her) is a social change strategist and program leader who has designed, managed, and evaluated social impact programs, primarily in conflict-affected communities and with historically marginalized populations. She has led teams and overseen grant portfolios of ~$3M, advised clients on bold, evidence-based strategic and operational changes to maximize social impact in 10+ countries, and cultivated trusting relationships with community-based and global non-profits, social enterprises, arts organizations, and funders. She has worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development and the Trevor Project, a suicide prevention and mental health organization for LGBTQ+ youth in the U.S. and Mexico. Lauren is committed to changing systemic inequities that hinder diversity and inclusion in all the institutions and industries she’s a part of. Raised in North Carolina, she is currently based in Harlem, NYC.
